Warranty Policy

Thank you for using YACCA products. YACCA is committed to providing high-quality products, and each product undergoes quality testing to ensure that there are no material or manufacturing defects within the specified period displayed on the packaging.

To make it convenient for you to use YACCA products and ensure a worry-free purchase, YACCA offers you excellent service and post-purchase repair services in accordance with the “YACCA Product Warranty Policy.” In the case of hardware failures within the warranty coverage, you can apply for repair through YACCA’s official website, service hotline, or email, presenting your purchase invoice.

Warranty Coverage:

Our products come with limited warranties that cover material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies only when the product is used for the specific purposes designated by YACCA. It explicitly excludes defects resulting from misuse, use beyond the product’s intended purpose, or accidental or consequential damages. This warranty also excludes damage to the interior contents of the product during storage or transport of YACCA products.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period and service terms vary depending on the specific product. For our YACCA fishing electric reels’ batteries, the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase as per the purchase invoice, provided the product falls within the normal warranty coverage. If the purchase invoice is not available, the warranty period will commence one month from YACCA’s recorded manufacturing date.

Warranty Service:

If your YACCA product experiences any defects or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team. We will assess the issue and determine whether it requires repair or product replacement.

Proof of Purchase:

To file a warranty claim, you will need to provide a proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.

Warranty Period and Shipping:

YACCA strives to provide fast repair for products under warranty. Normal repair time is less than 15 business days (excluding shipping time). The cost of returning the product to the customer will be covered by YACCA. For any special shipping requirements, please contact YACCA’s after-sales customer service.

Non-Warranty Repairs:

If the product issue falls outside the warranty coverage, we may offer repair services at the customer’s expense. The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

(1) Exceeding the warranty period.
(2) Accidental damage during transportation, including damage during return shipping (please contact the insurance company or the transportation agency for compensation).
(3) Any malfunctions or defects occurring within the warranty period due to improper use, intentional damage, scratches, product deformation, electronic component damage, misuse, improper testing, or external factors (including overheating, excessive moisture, power outages, power surges, natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, etc.).
(4) Surface damage, and appearance wear and tear due to dust and dirt in the customer’s usage environment.
(5) Hardware failures caused by unauthorized repairs that were not performed by YACCA or authorized dealers.
(6) This limited warranty does not cover packaging materials, consumables, products and accessories not manufactured by YACCA, or compatibility issues with other hardware and software not covered by YACCA’s product compatibility.
