Domestic and International Shipping Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, or as otherwise noted on the checkout page. Please check the checkout page for specific shipping dates for different products. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a large volume of orders, shipping may be delayed a few days. Please allow for additional delivery dates. If there is a noticeable delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping delays occasionally occur.

We ship items to the United States. Please check the destination country before you place your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Battery Boutique is responsible for customs clearance from China to the United States. All charges levied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).


Battery Boutique is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost in transit. If you have received a damaged order, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. Please review our return policy here.
