Thank you for choosing YACCA, and we are delighted that YACCA company meets your shopping needs. We would like to provide you with important information regarding our shipping policy and delivery processing times.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing may take 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping may be delayed for a few days if we experience a high volume of orders.
If your shipment experiences significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please note: Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Checking Order Status and Tracking:

Your shipping confirmation email will provide a tracking number.
You can log into your email account to view your order information.
After logging in, you will be able to see the following details:
Order number, ordered items, order status, tracking number for shipped items.
Clicking on the tracking number for the order will take you directly to the carrier’s website for shipping/tracking information.
Please note that once the shipment is successful, you will not be able to change the delivery address.

Time from Shipment to Delivery:

Due to battery products being sensitive items, the transit time may be longer compared to regular items. The standard estimated arrival time is 8 to 10 business days.
If there are unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in the arrival of your goods, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping Policy:

Currently, we use international shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for international shipping. Please rest assured that we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. Be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. If the items are defective, damaged, or do not match the product, please contact us as soon as possible.
